Springboard™ Transition Life Plan
The right start is essential when complex decisions require sound planning. Our consultative one to one approach will help you understand and develop the next steps in your transition. Your plan is developed with you over several weeks:
1. Schedule an initial 1-hour consultation to plan the process and discuss your specific needs. You may choose to do this by telephone, or an in-person meeting.
2. At the initial meeting you will begin a Springboard Assessment of 8 major areas of life that impact life transitions success.
3. Clients may choose to complete the assessment from home, and fax or mail it.
4. Your written Transition Life Plan packet is then developed and includes
- resource recommendations
- professional services/referrals
- task prioritization and sequencing to meet objectives and conserve fees.
5. Your plan may be reviewed with a personal meeting or by phone, it is your choice.
Springboard™ Transition Coordination:
Continued personalized assistance with coordination and implementation of your Transition Life Plan is available on a fee-for-service basis. *Completion of a Transition Life Plan is a pre-requisite. To arrange or discuss consulting services, contact us.
